I used Deckover a few years back and some sections are fine can probably never get the stuff off and other parts are peeling up in sheets like it never adhered properly. I cleaned it and followed all the directions. I think maybe moisture came up from underneath and popped it off in places. I sealed those areas after peeling it off and repainted. Now more area that looked fine is peeling off.

Now most of it has peeled and I have to redo my whole deck. Also some of the boards are starting to rot. Please let me know what I can do regarding this product. Home Depot Deckover product was applied in 2014 per instructions. This product started to peel up within two weeks of application where outside table and chairs were used. Current day this product retains water and is rotting the wood.
